The Lewis Elementary Holiday Bazaar is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Lewis Elementary school. This is a great sale to show and buy handmade items from local artists/crafters. We have a lot of fun with this sale and know you will enjoy it too.
In years past we have done a split of 30% of vendors sales going to the school. This year we are trying it a little differently. This year we are doing a flat booth fee of $70.00. This will allow vendors to keep all that they earn. This also means that vendors will need to be at the sale. There will be no central cashier this year as there has been in the past. As a vendor we greatly encourage you to provide credit card services to increase sales. There are many good sites out there that offer this service. Please let us know if you need links to these sites. Also, don't forget as a vendor to bring lots of change.
If you are attending this sale for the first time you will be pleasantly surprised to see the variety of wares our vendors sell. The quality is fantastic and as you are purchasing you are not only supporting Lewis School, but also keeping your money in the community. It's a win/win for everyone. We know you will enjoy participating in such a fantastic event.
We really encourage students and parents to participate in the sale as well. We love to see the talent of the parents and students! We have had some outstanding work from both in the years past. Don't worry if you only have a few of an item. We will have tables set up in the hall for all our students and parents. We will require that someone stay at the booth at all times to take sales. This a great way for the students to increase their math skills. Don't forget to bring change for your customers! The student/parent rate is $10.00 for a table. Again, we are not taking the 30% that we have in the years past.
